4 SET OF PEOPLE IN THE LIFE OF EVERY LEADER

Leadership is a very important topic in our today's world, like we've said before that everything raise and falls on leader's. The reason why our world seems upside down today is majorly as a result of failure in leadership. Any country,organisation,household,department,church or nation that's doing well today is doing so as a result of the quality and level of understanding of it leader(s). The more we pay attention to leadership the more better our world becomes. 

These are the four kinds of people you'll  meet in your life as a leader ,i am actually writing on this so that you will know how to relate and place  them in your life, you must be mindful of the people you bring into your space as a leader so that you don't get confuse and as a result misplace them.

A lot of leader have been ruined and destroyed simply by not been able to put this set of people in their right position in their lives.

The first category of people in every leaders life are Confidants........ these set of people are not always many in one's life, if you have two to three of them you'll be a successful leader or individual.

confidants are those people in your life who you can completely open up to without any sense of insecurity,they are in your life because of you!,These are people that no matter the error you've committed,your mistakes and fumbling doesn't matter they simply want the best for you. They're in your space because of you,your failure as they are concerned is their failure. so, every great leader that has ever existed ,that is existing and that will ever exist need confidants. You need to recognise them and put them in their right place in your life.
