4 SET OF PEOPLE IN THE LIFE OF EVERY LEADER part 2

The second category of people in every leader(s) life are the Constituents, these are the people that love what you love, in other words they are going to the same place that you are going. your constituents are those that you share common destination with, so ,you're riding together on the same highway to the same place (you're together because you share things in common). If you're a leader you mustn't confuse your constituent(s) to be your confidant(s) because they are not in your life because of you but they are in your life because you share the same destination when they see another vehicle moving faster than your own they'll alight from yours and join the next vehicle that can take them to the destination faster before you (There's high tendency that your constituent(s) will compete with you).
If you are a Pastor for example, not every of your member are with you because of your well being(confidant) as a matter of fact the larger number of your congregation are with you because they know that you share the same destination which could be(thought, ideas or perspective about something or subject) with you and with you they can get to that destination faster (You're the vehicle that'll convey them to their destination) in other words, they're with you because of the favour they're getting from you, but as a leader don't rely on people that are your constituent(s) because if they see another pastor who'll take them to their destination faster than you, they'll drop you along the way.
These has caused many leader pains, sorrow, frustration, emotional trauma and even death. Simply because they couldn't place people in the right place in their respective lives. The greatest tragedy that can befall any leader is to bring to your life your constituent  as your confidant. You must be knowledgeable enough to place them where they belong.
