4 SET OF PEOPLE IN EVERY LEADER'S LIFE PART 3

The third category of people in every leader's life/space are COMRADES!. In your journey as a leader you can't but meet with this category of people. Your ability to be able to discern them and put them in the right place/position in your life will determine how far you'll go in your leadership journey and how well you'll end. Many leaders have died a sudden death through the hands of their comrades simply because they took their comrades to either be their confidants or their constituents . You see...... your constituents can only drop or disappoint you but comrades can actually shoot you and wait by you to make sure that you're dead. Who  is a comrades?  In leadership, a comrade is simply a person that shares the same enemy with you i.e (you have common enemy). So, comrades are not their in your life because of you (not for your well being), they are simply their because they know that if they join you they'll be able to defeat their enemy in other word ...

4 SET OF PEOPLE IN THE LIFE OF EVERY LEADER part 2

The second category of people in every leader(s) life are the  Constituents,  these are the people that love what you love, in other words they are going to the same place that you are going. your constituents are those that you share common destination with, so ,you're riding together on the same highway to the same place  (you're together because you share things in common) . If you're a leader you mustn't confuse your constituent(s) to be your confidant(s) because they are not in your life because of you but they are in your life because you share the same destination when they see another vehicle moving faster than your own they'll alight from yours and join the next vehicle that can take them to the destination faster before you (There's high tendency that your constituent(s) will compete with you). If you are a Pastor for example, not every of your member are with you because of your well being(confidant) as a matter of fact the larger number of your cong...

4 SET OF PEOPLE IN THE LIFE OF EVERY LEADER

Leadership  is a very important topic in our today's world, like we've said before that everything raise and falls on leader's. The reason why our world seems upside down today is majorly as a result of failure in leadership. Any country, organisation, household, department, church or nation that's doing well today is doing so as a result of the quality and level of understanding of it leader(s). The more we pay attention to leadership the more better our world becomes.  These are the four kinds of people you'll  meet in your life as a leader ,i am actually writing on this so that you will know how to relate and place  them in your life, you must be mindful of the people you bring into your space as a leader so that you don't get confuse and as a result misplace them. A lot of leader have been ruined and destroyed simply by not been able to put this set of people in their right position in their lives. Alright!. The first category of people in every leade...

The Big Picture: Foster Connection Do those you lead people to connect to your vision?  If you want to attract top talent you must stay focused on the bigger picture and foster a personal connection to the vision.  Here’s why… Consider this: Do you care more about something you are doing or something others are doing? I know the question is a little vague – but go with me here. Let me restate the question: Do you care more about the renovation at your neighbor’s house or the plans to update your own home? Here’s the point I’m trying to make: People don’t generally get as excited about what other people are doing as they do about something they are doing. If people in our organizations do not feel connected to the vision of our organization, any progress or accomplishments in this arena will create little passion, enthusiasm, energy, or satisfaction. If your people feel disconnected from the vision this is bad news for the organization and your people – especially f...
Everything big started small. I’m sure you remember those famous first words of Neil Armstrong as he walked out on the moon: “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” The funny thing about that historic achievement is the first steps were taken long before that infamous “first small step.” President John F. Kennedy birthed the vision in a speech at Rice University on September 12, 1962 when he declared that the United States would “go to the moon in this decade.” Because the President chose to make this endeavor a priority and aligned the budget accordingly, we saw the vision come to reality seven years later on July 20, 1969. Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu said, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” That is so true! Don’t let your big dream overwhelm you before you even begin— start small. Henry David Thoreau wrote, “One is not born into the world to do everything, but to do something.” According to  StrengthsFinder 2.0 , every person ...

Welcome message

''Everything raise and falls on leadership'' .   The problem of our society today is purely on the quality of  our understanding of  what leadership is. If the leaders are bad  there society will become bad because leadership it's all about influence. No society can become better than it's leader's, leadership determines how far and better any society will go. And, this starts  from personal leadership. Everyone created by God Almighty is created to take leadership in one area of life in other words we are all created to be leaders in our own territory (area of gifting). Purpose is the only key that opens up leadership, without purpose vision can't be birth and without vision there will be no bearing(direction) which  fuels the vehicle of  leadership. What makes a leader real leader is the clarity of their vision which gives sense of destination. People don't really follow leaders  they simply follow the vision of the leader. So, on ...
